Sheridan Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery to operate high-speed bindery equipment on a daytime shift (7a–7p), full-time. You will perform setup, run processes, ensure quality, and help train crew on the bindery line.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and organizational skills required.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Must be a team player and capable of leading crew.
• Physically able to lift 30–100 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable and works well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up operation and maintenance of the Perfect Binder.
• Oversee the work performance and training of assigned crew.
• Training of Assistant Operator and other crew members.
• Delegate/Assign work duties to crew members.
• Customize orders to specifications.
• Maintain quality and quantity standards.
• Complete processes related to paperwork and forms.
• May handle hazardous waste as part of daily job functions.
• Other duties assigned by management.
