Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a Bindery associate to join our manufacturing team in Clive, IA. You will operate bindery equipment, finish printed materials, and ensure products meet quality and production specifications.

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – Midnight). Pay: $15–$18/hour with weekly pay and health benefits. Previous printing or manufacturing experience preferred; strong attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• Previous printing, bindery, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to operate machinery and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
