Job summary

Reporting to the Department Lead, you will support customer service with order troubleshooting and rush prioritization, while collaborating with other light manufacturing teams.

The role emphasizes operation of finishing equipment and attention to detail, with full-time hours (40/week) on first shift, and a pay range of $20–$22 per hour.

• Prior experience in machine operation.
• Strong attention to written details.
• Ability to stand all day.
• Work in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate Guillotine Cutting, Punching, Binding, and Shrink-Wrapping Equipment.
• Monitor product at their stage of production for defects or other quality issues.
• Assist Customer Service Department in order troubleshooting.
• Assist Other Light Manufacturing Departments as time permits.
• Assist Other Light Manufacturing Departments as time permits.
