Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking a hands-on bindery operator to learn and operate high-speed bindery equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency. You’ll adjust machines, monitor outputs, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals.

No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you. The role is 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3 PM, with potential overtime. Safety gear is provided in a factory environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Looking for mechanically inclined individuals who can read instructions and measure details.
• Pride in quality, reliability, and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
