Walsworth-Eau Claire in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Bindery Assistant for the 1st shift. This full-time role supports day-to-day operations across Bindery equipment, performing manual tasks to keep a clean, organized, and productive work environment.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM. Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent. Ideal candidates are organized, able to work in a team, learn computer applications, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to read, interpret and follow written instructions and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication including customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, staging and loading products.
• Assist machine operators with job set-up and basic tasks as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas by sweeping, disposing of waste and maintaining supply levels.
• Follow all safety procedures as set forth by Walsworth.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and as directed.
• Read and understand the written information pertaining to the job.
• All other duties as assigned.
