Who may apply

Responsibilities

• Operations / Project Management (70%)
• Manage requests (e.g., Airdrop, token swap) from external partners (i.e., listed tokens) – e.g., collect info, FAQs, inquiries, negotiation
• Manage requests from internal teams (e.g., new trading pairs) with listed tokens
• Evaluate both internal and external requests (e.g., ROI analysis)
• Drive and implement new initiatives with clear timelines and stakeholder alignment
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, risk management, and execution quality
• Conduct post-mortems and support data-driven operational improvements

• Account Management (30%)
• Understand Binance products, services, and marketing campaigns
• Analyze listed projects’ business models and roadmaps to identify growth opportunities
• Recommend relevant Binance offerings to support their growth
• Conduct due diligence review on requests from listed projects
