Job summary

Binance is seeking a QA Backend Testing Intern to support end-to-end QA for the Quality & Efficiency team. You will work across App, Web, Backend, and Admin with a focus on automation, Python-based testing, and high-quality releases.

Responsibilities include designing tests, executing plans, extending our automation framework (Python/pytest/k6), and collaborating with PMs, engineers, and compliance to deliver reliable software. Remote-first, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or intern with <1 year experience welcome to apply.
• Automation testing experience is required.
• Comfortable with agile release cycles (2–3 week sprints, grey rollouts, full releases).
• Able to independently own test coverage and review others' test cases/code.
• Strong cross-functional communication — proactively flag risk, not just report bugs.
• Python automation basics — read, extend, and maintain existing test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end quality assurance for Quality&Efficiency business: requirements review → test planning → case design → execution → release sign-off
• Take part in cross-platform testing (App / Web / Backend / Admin), identifying Fiat risk across the full stack
• Support Quality&Efficiency feature testing: stream start/end, co-streaming, cross-room connections, playback, compliance — including edge cases like weak network, stream drops, backgrounding, and high concurrency
• Support maintain and extend our automation regression framework (Python + pytest + k6)
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, compliance, and operations to close quality loops fast
• Contribute to AI-assisted testing initiatives and team knowledge base

Requirements
