Job summary

Binance is seeking a driven student software engineer to contribute to full-stack features across frontend and backend while learning AI-assisted coding tools. You will translate requirements into working implementations and collaborate across teams to deliver features end-to-end.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CS or AI-related fields, with hands-on project experience, knowledge of Java or Golang, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or AI-related major.
• Hands-on project experience from coursework, internships, or open-source contributions.
• Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience building end-to-end projects (personal/academic/internships).
• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).
• Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools.
• Self-driven and eager to learn beyond scope.
• Product mindset; curious about the why behind what you build.
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools into daily development workflow.
• Assist in translating product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction between frontend and backend.
• Act as a full stack “seed learner” within the team — absorb full stack practices, contribute ideas, and grow into an autonomously delivering full stack engineer.
• Observe cross-team collaboration processes and proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows.
• Contribute to the product lifecycle — from design to deployment and iteration.

Requirements

• Hands‑on project experience (personal projects, coursework, internships, or open‑source contributions all count)

• Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang

• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks

• Experience building end-to-end projects — personal, academic, or internship projects all welcome

• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts

• Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)

• Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools

• Self‑driven and boundaryless — eager to learn, willing to go beyond assigned scope

• Product mindset — curious about the “why” behind what you build

• Strong logical thinking and communication skills; passionate about learning new technologies
