Responsibilities

1. Plan the campaign schedule in collaboration with BD and manage campaign execution.
2. Prepare marketing content and materials for POS and DeFi projects, including landing pages, social media, and CRM.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including BD, product, design, and legal, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
4. Collaborate with KOLs to promote Web3 earn products.
5. Develop marketing campaigns aimed at driving new user acquisition and increasing TVL.

Requirements

1. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
2. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
3. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
4. Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Previous experience in BD or marketing is advantageous.
7. Creative with the ability to develop and expand unique ideas.
8. Strong interest and knowledge in crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are desirable.
