Responsibilities
  • Employ a variety of data science techniques to assess and mitigate compliance risk.
  • Analyze and interpret data to extract statistical insights that guide decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Design, maintain, and deploy ETL/ELT pipelines to monitor transactional and KYC data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor the health of various compliance systems.
  • Communicate insights and proposals clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate background in business data analytics, computer science or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Python, with a strong ability to build analytical dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capable of creating clear documentation and presentations.
  • Strong sense of ownership, with a collaborative, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
