Job summary

Haskell is seeking a BIM/VDC technologist to join our Construction & Manufacturing Team. You will develop and manage integrated models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, supporting quantity takeoffs, clash detection, and constructability reviews for projects across the United States.

You will convert 2D drawings to 3D models, provide layout coordinates to field teams, and assist with scheduling and innovative tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Technology.
• 1–3 years of BIM/VDC experience in the AEC industry.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks or AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams to develop integrated BIM models and clash reports.
• Collaborate in virtual meetings to inform decision-making using the coordination model.
• Extract quantity data from BIM for estimating and cross-check drawings.
• Convert 2D drawings to 3D Revit models and develop parametric families.
• Provide model-based layout coordinates for field surveying.
• Process and publish laser scan data for coordination.
• Create 4D/5D construction sequences for proposals and planning.
• Support research and testing of new BIM technologies.
