Job summary

A leading architecture firm in San Diego seeks a VDC Manager to own and manage digital BIM throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications

• 5-10 years minimum of experience in architecture, engineering, or design management.
• Experience on design-build or lease-leaseback projects preferred.
• Strong experience with DSA projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM coordination effort from pursuit through approval phase.
• Assist architects and design teams with consultant selection.
• Ensure BIM is structured correctly for various processes.
• Coordinate with Precon, PX, Supers, VDC Engineers, and Modelers.
• Run digital clash detections utilizing Revizto.
