Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and interpret contract documents.
• Tailor an MEP coordination schedule & BIM execution plan.
• Manage FTP site – organizing folders and models.
• Lead project kick-off with all trades.
• Create a Revit central model with linked design models.
• Model gaps between drawings and scope of work.
• Review drawings before 100% CD’s & mark up shop drawings.
• Create RFIs throughout shop review and coordination.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings.
• Clash detection & issue clash reports.
• Aid in business development presentations.
