Job summary
Holder Construction is seeking a BIM/VDC Engineer to join their Virtual Design & Construction team in Franklin Furnace, Ohio. This role focuses on utilizing technology for problem-solving and coordinating modeling efforts within project teams. The ideal candidate will have up to 4 years of BIM/VDC experience in commercial construction projects and hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree. Additional skills in 3D modeling tools like Revit and AutoCAD are required. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive benefits package.
Qualifications
0–4 years of BIM/VDC experience on commercial construction projects.
Willingness to relocate and travel.
Understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Responsibilities
Facilitate technology problem solving with project teams.
Coordinate workload for projects with VDC managers.
Manage modeling efforts to solve construction issues.
