Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support day‑to‑day coordination on active construction projects. You will work directly with the BIM Manager to maintain models, run clash detection, and ensure information flows between design and field.

You will collaborate with subcontractors, update RFI and submittal records, and help develop BIM/VDC workflows to support field execution on mission-critical projects. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of BIM/VDC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of BIM/VDC or construction coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks to run clash detection and produce coordination outputs.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Forma (ACC/BIM 360) including Issues, Docs, and RFI modules.
• Understanding of MEP systems and coordinated model environments.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs, and coordination documents.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with field personnel and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update BIM models per BEP requirements and LOD standards.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and document coordination issues.
• Support subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain minutes and logs.
• Review subcontractor-submitted models for compliance with coordination requirements and LOD minimums.
• Assist field teams with model-based layout, as-built docs, and RFI-related updates.
• Coordinate with trade partners to resolve clash issues and document resolutions.
• Maintain coordination issue logs, RFI tracking, and submittal registers as directed.
• Upload and manage project files within Autodesk Forma (ACC).
• Support drone operations and site documentation workflows (OpenSpace).
• Prepare coordination drawings, conflict reports, and field-ready model outputs.
• Contribute to BIM/VDC workflows and project-specific standards.
