Job summary

Farnsworth Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a BIM Specialist to join our Technical Operations Group. You will support Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines and lead efforts to maintain the project data environment, coordinate workflows, BIM quality, and team efficiency.

You will collaborate with project teams to implement BIM standards, templates, and content management, while facilitating training and QA/QC to ensure adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Provide technical helpdesk/support relating to design software.
• Provide training relating to design software including mentoring and new staff orientation.
• Nice-to-have: experience with BIM templates and content management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain BIM standards and procedures documentation (Adobe InDesign/Illustrator helpful).
• Manage and maintain Revit templates, family library, details and content management system.
• Provide QA/QC by reviewing projects for compliance with BIM standards and procedures.
• Assist with integration, configuration, testing and installation of design production software.
• Provide project production assistance when necessary.
