Job summary

Olsson, a people-centric design and engineering firm, seeks a BIM Specialist to maintain Revit and CAD files and serve as the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, and maintenance on data center projects.

You will coordinate with the BIM team, lead model health checks, incorporate retrofit projects, and support drafting and closeout activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM management and drafting.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and related BIM tools.
• Ability to coordinate BIM content review, approval and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate Revit and CAD files and act as site-level BIM content reviewer/maintainer.
• Coordinate delivery and maintenance of CAD/BIM content for data center projects.
• Lead model health checks and incorporate retrofit projects into existing models.
• Support CAD/BIM team during project milestones and closeout efforts.
