Workshop/APD Architecture, D.P.C is seeking a full-time BIM Specialist with 3–5 years’ experience developing and managing BIM models in Revit in New York. You will support the BIM manager and project teams, manage BIM workflows, and implement firmwide standards.
Produce detailed BIM models and construction documents, mentor junior Revit users, streamline templates and assets, and coordinate resources across the office.

We are currently seeking a full-time highly motivated and creative professional with a minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in developing and managing BIM models in Revit. In this role you would support the BIM manager and work closely with architectural project teams, to manage BIM workflows, support project documentation, education initiatives, and implementation of firmwide architectural standards. All candidates must have advanced Revit and AutoCAD software proficiency

The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 80,000 USD per year(New York)
