Job summary

Garver Engineering’s Buildings Business Line is seeking a BIM Technician to develop 3D models and detailed drawings using Revit. The role supports MEPF design and Scan-to-BIM projects across offices, emphasizing collaboration with engineers, designers and technicians.

The ideal candidate will have Revit proficiency and strong organizational/communication skills, plus familiarity with point cloud processing for model development. Teamwork and adherence to project specs are essential.

• Maintain clear communication with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet requirements.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.

Overview

As part of Garver's Buildings Business Line, the BIM Technician will be responsible for developing 3D models and producing detail drawings using Revit software. Collaborating with engineers, designers, and other technicians, this role will contribute to a variety of Buildings Business Line projects, including building MEPF design and Scan-to-BIM (As-Built Modeling).

This role is critical to project delivery across our offices and leverages the latest BIM technology. The ideal candidate will excel in both technical proficiency and teamwork, ensuring successful project execution.
