Job summary

A prominent engineering firm is seeking a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Project Leader to oversee design efforts within the Water Design Center. In this role, you will manage a team of designers while producing 3D Revit models and ensuring adherence to CAD/BIM standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with BIM software, excellent communication skills, and a solid grasp of water and wastewater treatment designs. Qualifications

• Must have experience coordinating multi-discipline CAD designs.
• Experience with point clouds and point cloud processing.
• Must have a strong understanding of design processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting and design for projects while managing a design squad.
• Coordinate between project team disciplines.
• Maintain CAD/BIM standards for Water Design Center.

Skills

Extensive experience in the use of BIM software (Revit)

Good communication and training skills (verbal and written)

Experience using MSOffice products

Experience with architectural, industrial and commercial designs

Understanding of water or wastewater treatment specific equipment

Education

Bachelors in Architecture, Engineering or related field
