Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC seeks a Digital Delivery Systems Manager to lead the Design Production and Design Technology functions within the Design & Engineering Department. You will own BIM production infrastructure, templates, and automation, coordinating with VDC and IT on software licensing and integration with Autodesk platforms.

You will guide production staff and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring construction-ready plan sets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing BIM production infrastructure, including templates, standards, content libraries, and automation.
• Experience leading or directing the work of production professionals.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360 / ACC).
• Structural or multi-discipline production experience with an understanding of how structural drawings are organized, coordinated, and issued, including sealed issue sets across development cycles.
• Strong organizational and operating discipline: manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences including engineers, project managers, superintendents, and consultants.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in drafting and design technology, engineering technology, architecture, construction management, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead two functions: Structural Plan Production and Design Technology.
• Own the production quality control process and its documentation standards.
• Coordinate with VDC and IT on software licensing and integration.
• Develop and maintain automation tools to improve speed, consistency, and sheet quality.
• Align production capacity to engineering demand and forecast upcoming work.
• Attend project kickoffs and milestone reviews representing the Design Production team.
• Maintain version control, file management, and documentation discipline.
