TEECOM is a fully remote consulting firm delivering BIM/Production services across the US, UK, and India. You will work on Revit modeling, coordination, and documentation for complex projects while adhering to BIM standards.
Your level and title are determined by a disciplined assessment process. Roles span Designer II through Senior BIM Specialist II; you may be scheduled for separate assessments for multiple disciplines.
TEECOM hires by discipline, not by open requisition. We are growing — multiple teams across the US, UK, and India are actively hiring to grow their teams.
When you apply here, you are applying to TEECOM for a role in BIM / Production. Rather than interviewing for a single posted role, you will go through a structured Discipline Assessment that establishes your level and demonstrated capability. Once your level is determined, TEECOM's recruiting and leadership teams match your profile to the best available opening on a team that fits your skills, experience, and goals.
Roles span Designer II through Senior BIM Specialist II. Your level — and your title — are determined by your assessment, not by the role you apply to.
If you have meaningful experience in more than one discipline, apply to your primary discipline and tell your recruiter about your secondary discipline(s) during your Introduction Call. You may be scheduled for a separate Discipline Assessment for each one.
TEECOM's BIM / Production practice is the backbone of how TEECOM delivers coordinated, construction-ready technology systems documents. BIM / Production specialists work alongside discipline engineers across ICT/Telecom, Security, AV, Wireless, Acoustics, and other technology disciplines to produce Revit models, coordinated drawings, and construction documentation.
Work includes Revit modeling and coordination, clash detection using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM execution planning, drawing production, and supporting construction administration deliverables. BIM / Production specialists are not discipline engineers — they are modeling and documentation experts who translate engineering intent into precise, coordinated construction documents. You will work across multiple projects and disciplines simultaneously, maintaining model health and supporting engineering teams in delivering high-quality work on schedule.
At more senior levels, you will lead BIM strategy across projects, establish modeling standards, mentor junior production staff, and serve as the production quality authority on complex engagements.
We hire at all levels — the strongest BIM candidates take ownership of model quality, stay curious about better workflows, and catch problems before they become field issues. If you don’t have everything on this list yet, that’s expected — TEECOM develops people through structured documentation, mentorship, and real project work.
TEECOM is a fully remote consulting firm. We hire across all US states, the UK, and India. Our projects span the globe — some roles involve international travel, so share your comfort level with your recruiter.
Salary is determined by your assessed level. TEECOM publishes full salary bands for every level on theTEECOM careers page— review them before your assessment so you know where you might land and what growth looks like from there.
