Nooter/Eriksen Inc. is seeking a BIM Modeler Level 2 to join their Drafting Team in Fenton, MO. This hybrid position involves creating and maintaining advanced BIM models for industrial piping projects. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with BIM & CAD software, possess strong communication skills, and an associate degree or relevant technical education. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with BIM & CAD software, specifically in Piping and/or Structural Steel modeling.
• Knowledge of typical building codes and how they are applied.
• Advanced skill in identifying and resolving issues within BIM models.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain complex 3D models of equipment using BIM software.
• Generate 2D drawings from 3D models for documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and check models for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve 3D model clashes.
