Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Modeler with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in Building Information Modeling (BIM), with strong hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling. You will play a key role in developing and managing high-quality 3D BIM models across various architecture, engineering, and construction projects.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit based on project requirements and design drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to integrate design elements into the BIM model.
• Assist in the creation of 2D drafting from the BIM model to produce construction documentation.
• Perform clash detection and resolve any conflicts in the models to ensure seamless coordination between disciplines.
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the design, construction, and handover phases.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and quality control procedures.
• Provide support in the preparation of project deliverables including drawings, schedules, and reports.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.
• Ensure proper version control and manage file organization to maintain model integrity.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and BIM technology advancements.
• Maintain accountability and transparency in daily tasks; during the probation period, this includes using Time Doctor for productivity tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in BIM modeling within a design or construction environment.
• Software Proficiency:
  • Revit (advanced proficiency)
  • AutoCAD (advanced proficiency)
  • Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360, or other BIM platforms is a strong plus.
• Proficient in 3D modeling, model detailing, and documentation practices.
• Knowledge of construction processes, drawing standards, and model coordination workflows.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks such as ISO 19650 and open BIM standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to model accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to function effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment.
