Clark Pacific Corporation is seeking a BIM Modeler to design, detail, fabricate, and install precast concrete systems. You will develop accurate 3D models and construction drawings, collaborating with Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Field Operations on complex commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities include creating and coordinating BIM content, performing quality control, and maintaining BIM standards throughout project lifecycles.
At Clark Pacific, the BIM Modeler plays a critical role in the successful design, detailing, fabrication, and installation of precast concrete building systems. Working as part of an integrated engineering team, this position develops and maintains accurate 3D models and construction drawings while collaborating with Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Field Operations to deliver complex commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and advanced manufacturing projects.
Competitive Compensation:
$75,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience.
