Wendel is seeking a BIM Manager to join our team in a hybrid environment with locations nationwide. The role focuses on enforcing BIM standards, ensuring model quality, and guiding project teams in using BIM technologies.

The position reports to the Director of BIM and requires 2–5 years in BIM leadership, advanced Revit skills, and experience with Forma, Navisworks, and Collaboration tools. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Industry-specific associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in the AEC industry.
• 2–5 years BIM leadership/coordination/management.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

Responsibilities

• Support and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide BIM expertise and technical support to project teams.
• Develop and maintain BIM templates, content libraries, and documentation standards.
• Perform model audits and quality reviews for compliance.
• Assist with project setup and clash detection.
• Train staff on BIM processes and tools.
