With a strong reputation as a trusted partner for projects utilizing Historic Tax Credits and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, we bring a deep understanding of complex funding mechanisms and a commitment to design excellence that enhances communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of experience as an Architectural BIM Manager (REVIT) or similar role
• Revit software, BIM principles, and advanced Revit modeling, family creation, and management.
• Creating and managing Revit families, templates, and workflows.
• Clash detection, model coordination, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, including working with consultants.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• Architectural design and construction documentation.

• Manage a Revit content library, keeping it accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot issues, conduct model audits, and ensure coordination.
