Job summary

Thor is seeking a Digital Delivery (BIM) Manager for a fast-growing data center and energy infrastructure portfolio based in Florida. You will lead the digital delivery lifecycle, enforce BEP standards, and coordinate across EPCs, design teams, and operations.

You will own BIM execution, manage Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows, lead model coordination across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines, and ensure asset data integration at handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4+ years in BIM management, digital delivery, or project controls within industrial, energy, or data center sectors.
• Advanced Autodesk Construction Cloud experience (workflows, permissions, submittals, model coordination).
• Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Revizto or similar coordination platforms.
• Familiarity with CMMS concepts and asset data workflows from design to operations.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 and project data governance.

Responsibilities

• Govern ACC end to end: permissions, submittals, model publishing, and issue tracking.
• Build the digital delivery framework for data creation, coordination, review, and handover.
• Lead clash detection and model coordination across disciplines.

• Align document and asset naming across SharePoint, ACC, and downstream systems.
• Evaluate emerging digital delivery tech and recommend adoption.
• Deliver BIM training to internal teams and partners.
• Run audits and QA reviews of models and datasets.

Digital Delivery (BIM) Manager - Data Center & Energy Infrastructure - FL

Thor is recruiting a Digital Delivery Manager for a leading data center and energy infrastructure operator, based in Florida.

This company builds and operates some of the largest data centers in the world, supporting next-generation computing workloads across AI, colocation, cloud, and Bitcoin mining. This role sits at the center of that build-out - not a traditional BIM function, but the full digital delivery lifecycle across a fast-growing portfolio of mission-critical projects.

What you will own:

• Author and enforce the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) - setting enterprise-wide standards for model creation, file structures, naming conventions, and data interoperability across every active and future project
• Govern Autodesk Construction Cloud end to end - user permissions, submittal workflows, model publishing protocols, and issue tracking, keeping the environment disciplined and auditable
• Build the digital delivery framework that defines how project data is created, coordinated, reviewed, and handed over across internal teams, EPC contractors, and design consultants
• Lead clash detection and model coordination across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines, catching conflicts before they hit the field
• Drive CMMS planning and asset data integration, making sure models and naming conventions transition cleanly from construction into operational maintenance systems at handover
• Align document and asset naming standards across SharePoint, ACC, and downstream systems in coordination with Document Control
• Evaluate emerging digital delivery technology - digital twins, CFD modeling, reality capture, AI-assisted coordination tools - and recommend what is worth adopting
• Deliver training to internal teams and external partners, building real fluency in BIM tools, ACC workflows, and digital delivery standards
• Run regular audits and QA reviews of models and datasets against project and enterprise standards

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 4+ years in BIM management, digital delivery, or project controls within industrial, energy, or data center sectors
• Advanced Autodesk Construction Cloud experience - workflow customization, permissions management, submittals, model coordination
• Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, or comparable coordination platforms
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms and how asset data structures carry from design and construction into operations
• Understanding of ISO 19650 and its practical application in project data governance
• Experience developing and enforcing BEPs across multi-disciplinary teams, including external EPC partners
• Bonus: exposure to digital twin development, CFD modeling, or reality capture
