You will also mentor team members in BIM techniques and promote digital best practices across various project phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret sketches and marked-up plans to develop comprehensive project models within Revit according to company protocols.
  • Set up and maintain views, document management systems, and model structures to support project teams effectively.
  • Support with preparing, organizing, and transmitting project documentation, both digitally and in hard copy format.
  • Retrieve project data using online collaboration platforms and manage drawing archives.
  • Safeguard project confidentiality and uphold company intellectual property standards at all times.
  • Guide less experienced modelers in the use of Autodesk tools and support the adoption of company modeling standards.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to create precise field drawings necessary for onsite work and prefabrication.
  • Facilitate virtual construction workflows and support 3D coordination between disciplines.
  • Oversee or coordinate the capture and integration of laser scan data for as-built modeling.
  • Utilize advanced features in current BIM applications as needed—customizing families, views, schedules, and project filters.
  • Participate in field layouts, including the use of surveying and digital modeling technologies.
  • Import various formats—such as spreadsheets and images—into working models to ensure complete project records.
  • Operate reprographic equipment and manage the plotting and publishing of documents as required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Demonstrated expertise with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related software.
  • Deep understanding of 3D modeling principles and cross-discipline project coordination in a BIM environment.
  • Track record of working with collaborative model-sharing processes (e.g., worksets, Revit worksharing).
  • Experience developing, modifying, and managing BIM families, sheets, and data structures for digital projects.
  • Proficiency in integrating data and files (spreadsheets, images, text files) into project models.
  • Comfortable operating standard printing, plotting, and documentation hardware in office or field settings.
  • Experience with point cloud/laser scan data processing and model integration is preferred.
  • Ability to turn broad verbal and written directions into actionable project deliverables.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with annual bonus potential
