Job summary

ARKANCE USA LLC in the United States seeks a BIM Engineer II to perform production and coordination across architectural and MEP disciplines, delivering BIMs and coordinating with project teams.

You will lead BIM coordination meetings, develop Revit families as needed, and assist with estimation and scoping of new projects. A strong, proactive team player mindset is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as BIM Engineer I or equivalent.
• Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Docs.
• Proficiency with MEP modeling and spooling preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Lead BIM Coordination meetings and drive delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, DWV, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing, Process Pipe and/or Electrical BIMs.
• Lead BIM Coordination meetings and coordinate across trades.
• Collaborate with disciplines and provide leadership to delivery teams.
• Assist with creation of Revit families as needed.
• Assist with estimation and scoping of new project opportunities.
• Track time using digital timesheets.
