Job summary

ARKANCE US is seeking a BIM Engineer II to drive production and coordination of Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, DWV, and Plumbing BIMs within a collaborative delivery team.

You will lead BIM coordination meetings, create Revit families as needed, assist with project estimation and scoping, and ensure quality across design and construction workflows using Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Docs, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Docs.
• Proficiency with MEP modeling and spooling.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, DWV, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing, Process Pipe and/or Electrical BIMs.
• Lead BIM Coordination meetings and guide the delivery team.
• Aiding in the creation of Revit families, as needed.
• Assist with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities.
• Complete weekly accounting of time through entry of digital timesheets.
