A multi-disciplinary engineering solutions company is seeking a BIM Engineer - Electrical to work from home on night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a BE/B-tech in Electrical, 3-15 years of experience in MEP projects, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• 3 - 15 years experience in MEP projects modelling and documentation.
• Experience working in US, Europe, UK, or Middle East.
• Experience in Mechanical/Plumbing/Electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project individually.
• Timely submission for the project.
• Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Modelling.
• Perform model-based sheetwork/documentation.
• Conduct model-based quantity take-offs.
• Perform interference checks with MEPF and Architectural & Structural disciplines.
• Highlight critical points and create RFIs.
• Attend project review meetings with clients.
• Manage timesheets for the project.
• Monitor project progress and handle any arising issues.
• Provide project estimates.
