Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead model management and clash resolution for large, MEP-heavy projects. You will coordinate across disciplines, maintain federated models, and drive issue tracking from design to construction.

You will produce field-ready deliverables and run weekly clash cycles, ensuring drawings, prefab packages, and as-built updates are accurate and timely. This role demands strong Revit/Navisworks skills and a proactive, ownership mindset.

The Capacity Delivery Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on

• Engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized, in months not years. Capacity Delivery owns technical execution across every build: the drawings, the field questions, and the engineering calls that keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving.
• Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years. At that pace rework is not an option: problems get caught on paper or they cost a data hall.
• Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to 10s to 100s of GWs, so each build starts ahead of the last.

• You're production-fast in Revit and Navisworks.
• You manage model versions and uploads with discipline.
• Your clash reports drive resolution instead of just counting problems.
• Bonus: ACC or BIM 360. Fabrication-level modeling. Dynamo or scripting. Point cloud workflows.

Compensation Range: $164K - $206K
