You will work under licensed engineers to develop code-compliant, coordinated, and constructible solutions throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology, Drafting/Design Technology, or related field.
3–6+ years of electrical design experience in the AEC consulting industry.
Demonstrated experience preparing electrical construction documents for building projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and layout of power distribution systems, including service equipment, feeders, panelboards, and branch circuitry.
Prepare lighting layouts and lighting control documentation consistent with project requirements and energy codes.
Support the development of electrical plans, details, schedules, and specifications.
Coordinate electrical system routing with architectural, mechanical, structural, and technology disciplines.
Assist engineers with load calculations, equipment coordination, and system documentation.
