Position Overview

Halff is seeking a Water and Wastewater BIM Designer based in The Woodlands, TX. This role offers significant responsibility and growth opportunities. The key responsibilities and qualifications are as follows:

Role Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deliver BIM models, ensuring compliance with project and company standards.
2. Coordinate between project disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical) and facilitate effective file sharing with clients, consultants, and contractors.
3. Assist project managers with quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews, focusing on technical approach, constructability, and consistency.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. At least 3 years of experience in BIM design for Water/Wastewater projects.
2. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
3. Ability to utilize various software tools for project design, drawing development, and problem-solving.
4. Knowledge of drafting, BIM processes, coordination, and outcomes.
5. Ability to work within budget and schedule with minimal supervision.
6. Basic understanding of QA/QC processes and quality standards.
