Job summary

Arena Family of Companies in North Phoenix is seeking experienced Revit/BIM Designers to join a rapidly growing engineering and construction organization supporting one of the largest semiconductor developments in the United States. This is an on-site role with project-specific training.

We welcome candidates with strong Revit experience in mechanical, HVAC, piping, MEP, or related fields, and prior semiconductor exposure is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional Revit experience
• Hands-on BIM modeling experience
• Ability to create and modify Revit models independently
• Experience reading and working with construction drawings
• Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, piping, or MEP systems preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly technical project environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Create construction drawings for complex facility systems
• Model and coordinate piping, HVAC, mechanical, and MEP systems
• Support 3D design and BIM coordination
• Utilize Navisworks for model review and coordination
• Update models based on design changes and project requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams
• Review drawings for accuracy and constructability
• Support the design and construction of a major semiconductor manufacturing facility
• Participate in project coordination and help resolve design conflicts
