Job summary

A precast concrete manufacturer in Vineland, NJ, is seeking a full-time BIM Designer to produce high-quality BIM models and shop drawings. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience with strong CAD/BIM skills and proficiency in Revit. Compensation is competitive within the range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, along with various benefits including a comprehensive insurance package and growth opportunities. This is a full-time career working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

• Strong CAD and/or BIM skills required.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience detailing precast, concrete, or steel.
• Ability to work with a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality BIM models and shop drawings for precast manufacturing.
• Use BIM modeling software to detail precast components.
• Coordinate with architects and contractors for building designs.

Skills

Proficiency with Revit

Ability to solve construction issues

Strong oral and written communication skills

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
