You will support project design, prefabrication, and field installation while collaborating with sales, project managers, customers, and fabrication teams. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of CAD/BIM experience in construction or prefabrication, strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a CAD drafter, designer, or BIM modeler.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit.
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience creating and managing custom Revit families.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• BIM Modeling & Design: Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD; create fabrication and installation drawings.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with customers, sales teams, project managers, and vendors; participate in BIM coordination meetings.
• Fabrication & Installation Support: Produce prefabrication spool drawings and field installation drawings; support manufacturing and installation teams.

Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $38.00/hourSchedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.Summary:The BIM Designer / CAD Modeler is responsible for developing coordinated 3D models and construction drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools to support project design, prefabrication, and field installation. This role works closely with sales teams, project managers, customers, and fabrication teams to produce coordinated models, fabrication drawings, and installation packages that support successful project delivery. This position plays a key role in supporting prefabrication and construction efficiency through coordinated BIM modeling.
