Job summary

Jackola Engineering & Architecture, PC in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Design Technician to join our multidisciplinary team. You will transform project concepts into detailed digital models and drawings across architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines, using Revit and Civil 3D.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality, coordinated design solutions and support project teams through planning, design, and construction phases, while

Qualifications

• AA or AAS in BIM/CAD or a closely related field.
• At least two years of Autodesk Revit and/or Civil 3D drafting and design experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.
• A commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and drafting support across architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Create accurate project models, drawings, and documentation.
• Support project teams through planning, design, and construction phases.
• Maintain organized project files and model standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants.
• Provide Revit technical support and coordinate model challenges.
