Job summary

Securitas Technology, part of Securitas, seeks an engineering professional to design and integrate security systems using BIM tools. The role involves building 3D models, producing detailed drawings, and coordinating with project teams to support submissions and fabrication.

The candidate will work in the Elmsford NY or Fair Lawn NJ offices, with travel under 10% as needed, delivering compliant, accurate BIM submittals.

Qualifications

• BS in EE Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience with BIM tools and 3D design is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models of integrated security systems.
• Develop detailed design schematics and 2D drawings.
• Coordinate with design engineers, architects and project team.
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards and project specifications.
• Produce bill of materials, calculations, and as-builts.
