Job summary

Aujan Interiors is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1-2 years of design coordination experience, particularly in a semiconductor cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in design coordination, preferably in semiconductor cleanroom construction.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Revit.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Provide project support and maintain relevant project documentation.
• Perform quality control on BIM deliverables.

Skills

Expertise in Revit

Understanding of construction methods

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with Navisworks

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Virtual Design & Construction, Construction Management or related field

High School Diploma/GED
