ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator/VDC Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the BIM Manager to implement BIM on projects.

ABOUT YOU

You are a BIM Coordinator/VDC Administrator with at least 1 year of professional experience as a project engineer, VDC coordinator, or relevant role. You have well-rounded experience with closeout processes and working with Design and Construction teams, with working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BlueBeam.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in managing BlueBeam Studio sessions, providing BlueBeam training, and offering general technical support.
• Experience with ProjectWise, including managing the database, uploading/downloading files, managing users, providing training, generating monthly reports, and conducting research data requests.
• Ability to review CAD/BIM As-Built drawings and drawing sets for compliance and completeness.
• Support for GIS applications, including ArcGIS, and effective communication skills for liaising with college teams and tracking deliverables.
• Willingness to travel to colleges and interface with college teams.
• Provide supplemental modeling, Revit BIM models, and lidar support as requested.
• Assist college teams, districts, and facilities in locating documents and supporting project needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a project engineer, VDC coordinator, or relevant role.
• Ability to present data clearly and organize information effectively for management.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Maintain professionalism in all business communications and conduct.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• B.S. in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience of 8 years).
