Job summary

Global Manufacturing Company (Water Treatment) in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, direct-hire role focusing on developing, coordinating, and maintaining BIM models across disciplines to support plant construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of BIM experience, strong Revit skills, and the ability to resolve clashes and coordinate with project teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BIM coordination or related experience.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit and familiarity with Navisworks Manage.
• Experience with AutoCAD and other BIM/CAD software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models per project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and other discipline models to resolve conflicts.
• Perform clash detection and generate coordination reports using BIM software.
• Work with project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to resolve issues.
• Review drawings, models, and project documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with BEPs, modeling standards, and workflows.
• Manage model exchanges and ensure BIM files are organized and version-controlled.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate technical issues and solutions.
• Support preparation of shop drawings, coordination drawings, and construction documentation.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with specs, standards, and procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance on BIM processes and software.

A Global Manufacturing Company (Water Treatment) in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their team. This is full time and direct hire position. The ideal candidate is experience with semiconductor plant construction project experience.

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and other discipline models to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Perform clash detection and generate coordination reports using BIM coordination software.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to resolve modeling and coordination issues.
• Review drawings, models, and project documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), modeling standards, and workflows.
• Manage model exchanges and ensure BIM files are properly organized, version-controlled, and maintained.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate technical issues and recommended solutions to project stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of shop drawings, coordination drawings, fabrication models, and construction documentation as required.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, industry standards, and company procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding BIM processes and software.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Assist with improving BIM workflows, standards, and processes across projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in BIM coordination, VDC, construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage and clash detection/coordination processes.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant BIM/CAD software.
• Understanding of architectural, structural, and/or MEP systems and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
