Our scope of services includes all project phases from concept to completion— spanning from preliminary studies and detailed design to erection engineering and supervision of fabrication and construction. The use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) in the design of bridges allows us to take an integrated and coordinated approach, bringing together all relevant information in the digital 3D model. This achieves further optimizations in planning, design and execution, as well as in the communication of all project members.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the planning and execution of complex bridge planning projects in Germany and abroad, with a focus on BIM-supported processes
• Management and coordination of all design phases of structural and infrastructure planning using state-of-the-art BIM methods
• Leading and guiding 3D modelers and draftsmen/draftswomen in the development and implementation of structural solutions
• Ensuring the integration of BIM workflows throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Acting as the central point of contact for clients, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and successful project execution
• Close collaboration with management to coordinate BIM models across various projects
• Supporting the implementation and optimization of BIM processes
• Monitoring compliance with established standards and best practices within the team
• Promoting the further development and integration of BIM methodologies within the company

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in structural engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in structural and infrastructure design for bridges
• Experience in project management and leading interdisciplinary teams
• Extensive practical experience in the application of BIM methods as well as in managing and coordinating BIM processes
• Proficiency in relevant structural analysis and BIM/CAD software (e.g. Revit, Allplan, Tekla, or similar) and coordination tools (e.g. Desite MD, Solibri, iTwo)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, paired with a professional and confident approach
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
