Job summary

Olsson seeks a BIM Coordinator to maintain CAD/BIM files and serve as the site-level BIM contact for data center projects. You will coordinate delivery, manage content, and ensure accuracy and compliance using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

You will also support the CAD/BIM team during milestones, lead closeout efforts, perform model health checks, and incorporate retrofit work into existing models, delivering high-quality drafting and coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating BIM content for data center projects.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks for model review.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CAD/BIM files and act as site-level BIM contact.
• Coordinate delivery and maintenance of BIM content for projects.
• Lead closeout efforts and perform model health checks.
