Role Description

This is a full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, task-driven environment and is passionate about digital design and model coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a clear communicator, and a proactive problem-solver. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day BIM coordination, managing and updating Revit models, and ensuring accurate and timely integration of architectural and structural components. The role involves collaboration with project teams, overseeing the implementation of office standards for drawings/models, project management support, and ensuring project deadlines are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of BIM processes, model management, and coordination.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Previous experience in structural engineering or architecture is a plus
• Revit Certified Professional is desired but not required.
• 2-5 years of experience in BIM coordination or a related AEC role.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA
