Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 4-7 years of professional experience across all project stages.
• Minimum 3 years in a Revit-focused role on large-scale complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit modelling, documentation and support.

This international design firm is looking for a talented BIM Coordinator to join their New York studio and provide leadership to the in-house BIM support team.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor junior BIM specialists, providing guidance, support and mentorship
• Ensure BIM support is consistent across all office projects, providing regular check-ins and real-time problem solving
• Assist project teams in meeting BIM delivery requirements
• Setup new BIM project files at project concept and perform regular audits to ensure BIM model health
• Liaise with design team consultants and oversee Revit model integration
• Provide leadership on emerging technologies and develop techniques that can be integrated into project workflows
• Deliver learning/upskill sessions to improve project teams advanced Revit skills

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 4-7 years' professional experience across all project stages
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Revit focused role
• Previous experience in large-scale complex projects
• Advanced proficiency in Revit modelling, documentation and support
• Experience in BIM integration of Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo
• Scripting language experience is a plus (Python, C#, C++)
