Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced BIM/VDC Coordinator to support large-scale commercial, industrial, and data center projects in Houston. You will coordinate across MEP, structural, architectural disciplines, manage federated models, perform clash detection, and drive issue resolution with design teams and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience on large-scale projects (commercial/industrial/data center).
• Strong hands-on experience coordinating federated models across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with 4D modeling and construction sequencing is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in:

• Experience leading coordination meetings and facilitating issue resolution.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience supporting hyperscale data center or mission-critical facility construction projects.
• Knowledge of 4D modeling and construction sequencing.
