Hansen Consulting Group is seeking a BIM Coordinator to drive the coordination and integration of BIM workflows on complex construction projects in the US. The role bridges digital design with field execution, ensuring models are accurate and aligned with project requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM coordination or a related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models and performing clash detection and resolution.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans, model coordination standards, and Common Data Environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other project disciplines.
• Perform clash detection, identify coordination conflicts, and facilitate resolution with design and construction teams.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of BEPs, modeling standards, and coordination workflows.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, document issues, assign action items, and track resolutions through completion.
• Review models for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with prefabrication and construction teams to ensure models support fabrication, installation sequencing, and field execution.
• Maintain model organization, version control, and document management within the project’s CDE.
• Support model-based quantity takeoffs, installation planning, and AWB activities.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to integrate reality capture, field verification, and as-built information into BIM models.
• Monitor BIM deliverables, coordination milestones, and model quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve BIM processes, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline digital project workflows.
• Support project teams in utilizing BIM technologies to improve communication, reduce rework, and enhance construction quality.
