Atlantic Electric, LLC in South Carolina is seeking a BIM / CAD Technician to support electrical construction projects through drafting, 3D modeling, and design coordination. You will create and maintain construction drawings, assist with electrical layouts, and collaborate with project teams to deliver practical design solutions.

Proficiency with AutoCAD is required; Revit/BIM experience is a plus. Previous electrical construction exposure is valued.

• Willingness to learn new software, construction technologies, and BIM processes.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting electrical construction projects through technical drafting, 3D modeling, and design coordination. The BIM / CAD Technician will create and maintain construction drawings, assist with electrical layouts, and collaborate with project teams to develop accurate, practical design solutions. Candidates must have experience using AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Previous electrical or construction experience is highly valued, but experience with Revit or BIM software is not required. This position offers an opportunity to build on existing drafting skills while developing expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction technology.
